Arundeep Plaha works as a bio- engineer at the Norwegian Riks Hospital and lives in Oslo. She is also active in the Indian community living in Norway and has been the head of Mahila Morcha  ( BJP) from 2013- 2014. She is originally from Punjab.

She is originally from New Delhi and currently works in Publishing Company.  She has worked as an editor, journalist and is a published author. She also runs her own publishing company and works as a freelance journalist. She has written several articles on India.
